Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988.
In 2002, Signatory Vintage was enlarged by the acquisition of the Edradour distillery.

This whisky is matured for 7 years in a hogshead cask and bottled with its natural colouring.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Light gold.
Nose: Sweet aromas, light garden fruits, barley, campfire smoke.
Taste: Baked apples, pears, malt sweets, peat, smoke.
Finish: Long lasting, spicy, ginger, pepper.
