Distilled on 22 October 2010 at the historic Knockando Distillery and bottled on 29 January 2026 after 15 years of maturation, this single cask whisky is presented at a robust 54.6% ABV in its natural cask strength. The 0.7-litre bottle, presented in a high-quality tin box, is part of a strictly limited edition of just 333 bottles worldwide and is aimed at connoisseurs of exceptional single-cask bottlings. This Knockando derives its unmistakable character from its first-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead finish (Cask #2). The intensive secondary maturation in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask lends this elegant Speyside distillate additional depth and creates a harmonious blend of dried fruit, dark chocolate, spices and subtly integrated oak. As with all premium bottlings in the Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection, this whisky is bottled without chill filtration and without the addition of colouring. This preserves both the natural colour and the full spectrum of aromas from the cask. Colour: Deep amber with coppery highlights. Nose: Intense sherry notes with raisins, dried fruit, dark chocolate, orange peel, subtle oak spice and toasted nuts. Palate: Powerful and full-bodied with Oloroso sherry, dark fruits, cocoa, caramel, spicy oak and subtle spice notes. Finish: Long-lasting with elegant sherry sweetness, dry oak spice, dark chocolate and lingering notes of dried fruit.
