Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988.
In 2002, Signatory Vintage was enlarged with the acquisition of the Edradour distillery.

The 'The Un-Chillfiltered Collection' of Signatory Vintage contains only whiskies which are bottled at 46% by volume and are not chill-filtered.
This whisky matures for 13 years in a hogshead and is bottled with its natural coloring.
