Produced at the Sipsmith Distillery of the same name in London, this gin was the first to be distilled in a copper pot still in London in 2009 after almost 200 years – a milestone in the craft gin movement. Ten carefully selected botanicals are used, including juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, cinnamon, lemon peel, and licorice.
