The Slyrs Single Malt Whisky comes from the Upper Bavarian distillery at Schliersee.
The name «Slyrs» is a pseudo-Gaelic corruption of «Schliersee».
The distillery was founded in 1999 by Florian Stettner and is located directly on the shores of Schliersee.
Colour: Light gold.
Nose: Dried hay, forest honey.
Taste: Mild, sweet and ripe fruit, malty, caramel notes.
Finish: Long lasting, harmonious.
