In 1995 Teerenpeli started brewing beer, until they opened an additional distillery in 2002.
The distillery is located in the city of Lahti in Finland, with a population of about 100 000.
Despite the ban on advertising spirits in Finland, the brand has already gained a high reputation.

Teerenpeli Kulo Whisky matures for 7 years in carefully selected sherry casks and is neither coloured nor cold filtered.

Colour: Bright amber.
Nose: sweet, fruity, peaty.
Taste: Smooth, floral, raisins, dried fruit.
Finish: Long lasting.
