The Arcane Les Arrangés Vanille des Îles is an exotic rum-based spirit that combines the character of sugar cane with aromatic island vanilla. This bottling is part of Arcane’s Les Arrangés range, which is inspired by traditional rhum arrangé creations. In this process, a rum base is flavoured with selected ingredients to incorporate their natural character into the spirit. In Vanille des Îles, vanilla is clearly the star of the show, complementing the sugar cane base with warm, smooth and exotic aromas. At 35 per cent, this spirit is stronger than many classic liqueurs, thereby retaining a distinctly recognisable spirit character. Arcane Vanille des Îles is available in a 0.7-litre bottle and combines the tradition of flavoured rum spirits with an approachable, vanilla-forward style. The Les Arrangés range draws on the tradition – particularly prevalent on the islands of the Indian Ocean – of infusing rum with fruit, spices and other aromatic ingredients. • Finish: Long-lasting and smooth with vanilla, subtle sweetness and delicate lingering notes of rum and spice. 

The Arcane Les Arrangés Vanille des Îles is particularly well suited to being enjoyed neat, slightly chilled or on the rocks, allowing the vanilla and rum base to come into their own. 

As an accompaniment to dessert, it pairs well with crème brûlée, vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate or caramelised fruit. It is also highly versatile as an ingredient in tropical cocktails, espresso-based drinks or a rum Old Fashioned with a hint of vanilla.
