The special feature of the Soleo Collection is the natural colouring and the storage in former sherry barrels.
«Soleo» stands for a special production process for wines.
Before the grapes are further processed, they are dried in the sun on mats until they become raisins.
The maturation takes place in sherry barrels for 18 years.

Colour: Dark golden brown.
Nose: Spicy, sweet.
Taste: Spicy, vanilla, fresh ginger, pears.
Finish: Long lasting.
