This is the 2021 release of The Irishman Cask Strength, made using a blend of single malt and single pot still whiskeys, and aged in first-fill bourbon casks before being bottled up at a full-on 54.8% ABV. 

Bold flavours abound, while still remaining complex and well-composed.
