The product is obtained by distillation in copper stills, maceration of 12 botanicals in ethyl alcohol and subsequent maturation in American oak barrels that previously contained Tio Pepe sherry for over 10 years, the gin is aged for 3 months. 

A soft, elegant and complex gin.

By adding 12 different botanicals, including juniper, coriander, almonds and cinnamon, this gin gets its distinctive taste.
