Sailor's Home Haven is a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, a style unique to Ireland and widely seen as the flagship of Irish whiskey culture. It comes from the Sailor's Home brand in Limerick, which pairs traditional production methods with international cask maturation. The brand takes its name from the historic Sailor's Home, founded in 1856 as a refuge for travelling seafarers, and "Haven", meaning a refuge or safe harbour, nods to that heritage.

The whiskey is made from a mash of malted and unmalted Irish barley together with oats, which add a particularly creamy texture. It is triple distilled in pot stills in the traditional manner, then matured in a combination of Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and American bourbon casks. This pairing reflects the long-standing trade links between Spain, Limerick and the New World, and brings a balance of fruit, spice and subtle woody notes.

Bottled at 43% ABV in a 0.7 l bottle, this smooth, elegant and complex whiskey blends Irish tradition with a modern take on the classic style. It was awarded Double Gold at the World Wine & Spirits Competition, New York, in 2023.
