Tomatin Cù Bòcan is a Highland single malt whiskey from the Highland distillery Tomatin. The single malt is made from slightly smoky barley malt and distilled in limited batches each winter.

The fourth Creation is a nod to The Antrim Cocktail, marrying two of Europe’s most revered drinks, Port and Cognac. 

The end result is a medley of plum jam, grilled peach, stewed forest fruit, cinnamon and sweet campfire smoke.

To bring out these exceptional flavors in the whisky, each bottling of Cù Bòcan matures in different combinations of casks. The Single Malt #4 matures in former cognac barrels.
 

Tawny Port - Charred + Jammy: Plum Jam, Glazed Cherry and Spiced Chocolate.

Cognac CASKS - Sweet + Floral: Fresh Croissants, Apricot and Baked Pear.
