Tschida Angerhof Blaufränkisch Spätlese 2021 8% Vol. 0,75l

The Tschida family winery was founded in 1982 and has been producing wine since 1993. Today the winery covers 40 hectares of vineyards. 70% of the area is used for the cultivation of white grape varieties. The resulting wines are mostly processed into sweet wines.

Tasting notes:

Bright rosé with brick red reflections in the glass. 

On the nose fruity of ripe cherries, raspberries as well as grapes. 

On the palate charmingly sweet, pleasant, fruity of red berries and apricots. 

Long lasting on the finish.

Residual sugar: 106,1 g/l.
Acidity: 6,6 g/l.
Closure: screw cap.
Drinking temperature: 10-12 °C.

Excellent with pâté, foie gras, Asian cuisine and chocolate desserts.
