The Villa Sandi La Rivetta 120 Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Brut 11.5% ABV in a 0.75 l bottle is an elegant and exceptionally finely structured Prosecco Superiore DOCG from Italy, which impressively reflects the excellence of the renowned hills of Valdobbiadene. Following the gentle pressing of whole grapes, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place at 15–16 °C. The Extra Brut Prosecco then matures on the fine lees for around 120 days, resulting in its fine perlage and elegant creaminess.
