The Widow Jane Bourbon is a true New Yorker - named after the Widow Jane mine from which the pure water is used for distillation.
This Straight Bourbon Whiskey matures for 10 years in oak barrels, but resembles a 20 year old Bourbon by its deep cherry aroma paired with tannins in the finish.
