Under the creative signature of cellar master Emilien Boutillat, elegant cuvées are produced that embody the unique style of the house. The Piper-Heidsieck Rosé is a perfect example of this high standard: an expressive champagne in which fruit and color merge in perfect harmony.

This sophisticated cuvée is dominated by Pinot Noir and contains a high proportion of red wines, which gives it its deep red, bright color and striking personality. The blend is made up of 50-55% Pinot Noir, 30-35% Meunier and 15-20% Chardonnay, supplemented by 10-20% reserve wines. This interplay ensures an impressive depth, fine structure and a wonderful fruitiness that makes this champagne unmistakable. 

Tasting notes:

Deep scarlet red in the glass. Dark berry fruits on the nose, which are reflected on the palate with blackberries and strawberries, paired with mandarins and oranges. Long finish with exquisite saffron aromas.

Residual sugar: 9 g/l.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.

A perfect accompaniment to duck à l'orange or red meat dishes.
