This mezcal is made from 100% Espadín agave (Agave angustifolia), which requires between 8 and 12 years to fully mature. After the traditional harvest, the agave hearts are cooked in underground wood-fired ovens, then ground in stone mills (tahona) and fermented in open wooden barrels. Distillation takes place in small copper stills, creating an intense, complex, and authentic character. With an alcohol content of 48.4% ABV, the mezcal is powerful, complex, and full of expressiveness.
