The Señor Sotol Ensamble 100% Sotol Artesanal is a masterpiece of traditional sotol production that reflects the true essence of this unique spirit. Made from 100% sotol, a plant that is closely related to the agave and grows mainly in the northern Mexican states of Chihuahua, Durango and Coahuila, this sotol offers a distinctive and rich taste experience. The ensamble refers to a blend of several different sotol plants that are hand-picked and processed using traditional artesanal methods, resulting in a complex yet harmonious variety of flavors.

The Señor Sotol Ensamble is produced artisanal, which means that it is produced in small quantities to guarantee the highest quality and authenticity. The slow, artisanal distillation allows the aromas and complexity of the Sotol plant to be brought out to the full. With an alcohol content of 43%, this Sotol is strong and full-bodied, yet surprisingly smooth and well-balanced.

Nose: A complex blend of herbal aromas, earthy notes of fresh sotol plant, accompanied by a hint of citrus and mineral hints.

Finish: Long and warm, with a slight sweetness and a lingering earthy note that perfectly rounds off the complexity of the Sotol.
