The Paraderiede Dürrau stands for a very complex Blaufränker with a slight extract sweetness, an excellent integrated woody note and a delicate, nougat and coconut touch. Development in predominantly new barriques and large barrels.

The grapes come exclusively from the best vingard in Horitschon – location DÜRRAU. A 21-day temperature-controlled mash fermentation gives the wine an intense substance. The malolactic fermentation was carried out only in wooden barrels, the maturing took 15 months to complete.
