S.B.S stands for Single Barrel Selection, which means that in this 1423 product line, only one barrel is filled for each product. Each barrel is selected according to strict criteria and offered in a limited number of bottles. The entire S.B.S range consists exclusively of classic rums, not blends, in order to emphasize the versatility of rums and their unique quality and exquisite taste.

Single Barrel Selection Jamaica/St. Lucia is an exquisite single cask rum based on molasses and distilled in both column and pot stills in 2015. This unique rum matured in an ex-bourbon barrel and was bottled in August 2024 with a strong alcohol content of 55% vol. It combines a pure pot still rum from Jamaica, which is labeled with the WPL mark, with a harmonious blend of pot still and column still rums from St. Lucia.
