Pinkster is a uniquely high quality flavoured gin, It has developed a fantastic following since its launch in 2013. The process involves hand-steeping locally grown, fresh raspberries. 

The result is this delicious British gin with mild hints of raspberry and the smoothest of flavours.

SMOOTH RASPBERRY

Pinkster has a standout appeal thanks to its distinctive colour, eye-catching branding and delicate flavour profile. With over 90% of gins offering a colourless product, Pinkster has an immediate point of difference, offering consumers a novel drinking experience.

Founder, Stephan Marsh, started producing the gin for his own consumption after developing a yeast allergy. Having served it to guests, he was persuaded to produce Pinkster comercially. The Pinkster process involves hand-steeping fresh rasberries – all farmed in the English counties of Kent and Cambridgeshire – in the brand’s triple-distilled spirit. The result is delicious dry, with the hint of rasperry and the smoothest of flavours.

Tasting notes: A grapefruit burst up front on the nose, with plenty of other citrus notes following on behind. Next comes a sprinkling of lemon zest on thick rich cheesecake, then juniper mixed with a couple of whole fennel seeds and green apple skins. The finish is initially much sweeter, with lemon sherbet and raspberry refresher sweeties before a sharp juniper finish.
