Winkler-Hermaden Blauer Zweigelt 2019 12% Vol. 0,75l

With 30%, the Blauer Zweigelt is the main variety of the winery. 

The little brother of OLIVIN stands for pure, uncomplicated drinking pleasure. 

The "classic" Zweigelt stays on the mash a little shorter after fermentation and is matured for about two years in large wooden barrels made of Kapfenstein oak. 

It impresses with its cherry fruit and its mild body. Strong cherry notes underlaid with vanilla and delicate roasted notes, elegant body and pleasant tannins

Aging: aged for 12 months in large wooden barrels.
Soil: Brown earth with volcanic material.
Residual sugar: 1,1 g/l.
Acidity: 5.1 g/l.
Harvest: September 2017.
