The Kracher winery is located in Burgenland, in the Seewinkel region. The family business, which is under the management of Gerhard Kracher, specializes in sweet wines such as Beerenauslesen, Trockenbeerenauslesen and ice wines. In the vineyards are grown Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Traminer, Scheurebe, Muskat-Ottonel and also Zweigelt grapes. Due to the excellent climate and soil conditions, the harvest is always first class.

Tasting notes:

Light rosé in the glass. In the nose intense floral notes, fruity of white flowers. On the palate floral, fruity of candied orange peel, white flowers. Long lasting finish accompanied by a particular residual sweetness.

Maturation: steel tank.
Acidity: 7 g/l.
Residual sugar: 178,5 g/l.
Closure: screw cap.
Drinking temperature: 10-12 °C.

Excellent with curd cake, chocolate ice cream and crème caramel.
