The Cotswolds Hedgerow Gin is an exceptional creation from the renowned Cotswolds Distillery, which is known for its handcrafted premium spirits. Inspired by the English countryside, this gin combines carefully selected botanicals that are typical of British hedgerow landscapes. These include sloes, blackberries and elderberries, which give the gin a natural fruitiness and depth.

This gin is based on the classic Cotswolds gin recipe with juniper, coriander seeds and angelica root, complemented by the fruity and floral notes of the hedgerow fruits. Distillation takes place in small batches in traditional copper stills, resulting in a smooth, aromatic and complex flavor profile. With an alcohol content of 40.6% vol., it offers a perfect balance between freshness, fruitiness and spicy herbal notes. 

Cotswolds Hedgerow Gin is ideal for a classic gin and tonic, preferably with Mediterranean tonic water and a garnish of fresh berries. It also unfolds its full potential in fruity cocktails such as a Bramble or a Hedgerow Fizz. It also harmonizes perfectly with dark chocolate or light, fruity desserts.
