A classically styled distilled dry gin flavoured with eight botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, orris root, cassia, bitter and sweet orange peel, and fennel.

Pine, coriander and violet blossom with cracked black pepper and light orange zestiness.

Taste:

Clean, classically dry and juniper forward with piney freshness, nutty angelica and well integrated zesty orange.

Aftertaste:

Pine, coriander and peppery freshness with faint candied ginger, lemon and sage.

Overall:

A classically juniper forward dry gin with a wonderfully fresh character and underlying nuttiness.
