The production of The West Winds Premium Australian Gins was started in 2010.
The name West Winds focuses on wind and waves, which have brought researchers, explorers and sailors to the Australian coast and made the continent habitable.

One of the first gins produced by The West Winds was the Cutlass Gin — «Cutlass» means bush knife.
This gin embodies everything an Australian gin has to offer.
More than 50% of the botanicals come from Australia, such as the locally grown bush tomatoes and citrus fruits.
